Let us explain. This is a great way to get to know other members. Everyone has a three course dinner sitting round a table for 6. (If you’re
single we’ll pair you with another to make up sixes.) Each pair/couple cooks/prepares/buys one course for yourselves and 4 guests. After each
course you all move in pairs/couples to different tables, so you dine with a dozen other members, some you probably knew, some you probably didn’t.
We tell you which table to go to when it’s time, so it’s a surprise. It’s open to all adult members. If you have a hut, caravan or tent you can use your own
table. If not, use one of the club’s (and do a cold starter or pudding). Put it anywhere you like – in the conservatory or under a gazebo, if needed.
Apart from any drinks you may bring for yourselves, we ask you to limit costs to make the entire evening £10 a head including a welcome drink and coffee and cheeses to finish.

Many treat it like a dinner party and decorate the table. As the club has no control over your cooking it cannot take liability for any food poisoning, so it’s sensible to do something
you know well.

If you’ve got responsible children feed them first. We’ll need a few to deliver messages.
